Take ownership of our global brand. We’ve transformed learning and development with our innovative experiential learning tools. We’d like you to transform our marketing.
You’ll be an integral part of a small, high performing team at MTa Learning. We’re the world’s leading designers of experiential team and leadership development games and activities. You’ll be marketing our fun yet intellectual products across more than 100 countries. You’ll be developing and executing a marketing strategy that talks to the world’s most demanding organisations such as Emirates, HSBC and Starbucks yet also works for niche consultancies.
You’ll have the capability to think strategically whilst being equally comfortable getting your hands dirty and delivering compelling copy, slicing and dicing the data, increasing our website traffic, sending marketing e-mails, arranging direct mail and managing PPC campaigns.
You’ll also have the option to travel, and in your first year accompany us to trade shows in Dubai and San Diego.

To succeed in this role you’ll:
+ have the entrepreneurial flair and initiative to drive forward our marketing strategy
+ be action orientated – you’re going to be busy writing copy, managing trade shows in different countries, developing PPC campaigns, designing marketing collateral and taking care of our brand
+ have excellent analytical skills, you’ll need to be able crunch our website and sales data, and draw insightful conclusions
+ be able to think big – you’ll need to be comfortable marketing across cultural and geographic boundaries
+ thrive in an unstructured and fluid environment
Reporting to the MD you’ll immediately be given wide ranging responsibilities, including:
+ developing and executing a multi-channel global marketing strategy
+ managing and allocating our marketing budget
+ increasing website traffic through content development, SEO, blogging, social media
+ developing marketing collateral for the trade shows and exhibitions
+ writing and managing our email promotions and direct mail campaigns
+ developing and maintaining an international distributor network
Experience and Qualifications
You’ll have a strong academic record from a top tier university.
If you’re able to blend marketing flair with an understanding of the learning and development sector that would be perfect.
You’ll have 3+ years professional marketing experience or have a post-graduate qualification in Organisational Psychology (or similar) or Marketing and 1+ years professional experience.
