The aim of MTa Select is to provide assessors with a means to gather information that they can use for assessment and/or to identify development needs. The package offers;
- people who assess others through career development workshops, assessment centres and staff selection programmes an easy to use process which enables them to observe and evaluate the qualities (mental attributes, behaviours and attitudes) individuals display when working with others
- participants with a platform from which they can display their personal qualities
- participants in career development workshops a foundation on which they and their various ‘developers’ can build and implement a personal development plan.
MTa SELECT is a package of 7 practical assessment tools and activities which are designed to become part of an integrated approach to assessment within user organisations. In addition there is one self development tool which combines individual and group work.
Between them these activities provide opportunities for individuals to display over 100 defined qualities, which when used appropriately, enable people to make the most of their potential.
MTa Select is inherently flexible, offering a range of options so it can be adapted to meet the needs of a wide range of organisations, career types and individuals.
