All of these activities provide facilitators and trainers with everything they need to introduce effective communication into their workshops through experiential learning. The activities are designed to engage all of the participants in tasks that recreate the issues that help and hinder the various aspects of effective communication.
On completion of the task carefully designed review processes focus individuals’ attention on the issues the activity has raised, before taking people though a step by step approach to personal and group learning and development.

3 of the MTa MINI Crossing Boundaries focus on different aspects of communications across physical boundaries. One look at issues within a single team with members working in different locations, whereas two others look at aspects of communications between teams.
