When we run our workshops we have a simple aim:-
“To enable others (people like you) to develop people and organisations”
"Unleashing the power of MTa materials"
This popular workshop is aimed at trainers, facilitators or teachers who use MTa materials but would like to use them better:
By the end of the course participants will:
- Have a broad appreciation of the depth and breadth of activities at their disposal
- Understand the principles behind the MTa materials (and experiential learning – see the Learning Arena)
- Appreciate different styles of reviewing, and their appropriate use
- Have learnt the specifics of several activities, including “best practice” examples
- Have discussed any specific requirements with MTa, and developed ideas and activity choices for use when running future programmes
"Facilitator Master Class"
The aim of this workshop is for participants to develop:
The personal understanding, skills and confidence needed to facilitate effectively in their place of work.
The approach taken throughout is experiential, being designed to help participants:
- Gain a greater insight into effective facilitation; what is, and is not, helpful
- Evaluate their personal approach to, and their skills in facilitation
- Identify the steps to take if they are to become more effective facilitators
- Understand how they can use and benefit from their personal insights
- Learn how to improve their performance, and consequently that of others.
All participants will be given opportunities to facilitate activities within the Master Class.
